Our 2023 house build projects
We might be jumping the gun a bit but we are excited to announce these brand new projects! Our current works in process are :-
- The Corner Cottages Koh Phangan – 3 large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 170m2 pool villas with 600m2 of land located in the very popular Koh Phangan area called Coconut Lane.
- KPR Calm Lane – 4 large 3 bedroom 3 bathroom pool villas with 600m2 of land. These Koh Phangan properties will be of a higher than average standard to match the super peaceful surroundings.
- The Hamlet Koh Phangan – This will be our lower priced 2 bedroom 3 bathroom pool house development x 10. Here we have a very peaceful and protected area due to its closeness to Meadawan Temple. Noisy activities here are forbidden, until the anual temple afair of course!
