This beachfront resort is located on the main Haad Rin to Tong Sala concrete road and therefore is very easy to access and find. The closeness to the monthly world famous Koh Phangan Full Moon Party means there is a steady supply of customers year round. This bungalow resort is beach front with around 40 meters of sandy beach. The sunsets from this beach are magnificent and supremely relaxing admiring Koh Samui from a distance.

Access

Access is via the aforementioned concrete road which is the main artery from Tong Sala (ferries, etc) to Haad Rin. The road is well maintained and the busiest main road in Koh Phangan.

Water

Public water is available to the site and can be connected as required. Currently the owner uses their own well and raised water tank system. The water is pumped to the raised water holding tanks and then stored until needed. This means there is water supply even during a power cut/black out.

Electricity

Electricity supply is to site. As the resort is located connected to a main road there is also high voltage electricity nearby. This can be used via a step down transformer if preferred. This method will give a very good supply of electricity if needed, however adding a three phase meter would be cheaper option.

Amenities

In addition to the world famous monthly all night party Haad Rin is also the entertainment hub of Koh Phangan. For nightlife lovers beachfront bars here are open every night of the week, Full Moon or not. Haad Rin also boasts a wide variety of restaurants that offer cuisine from all over the world. Its possible to eat food from Thailand, Israel, Italy, India, Germany, France, Spain here, to name but a few!
