You can make a long term commitment there as there is room to enlarge. The resort is made up of a mix of 25 old and new bungalows, a new free form pool and also a large restaurant area. Although the seafront here is rocky the resort boasts a sandy sunbathing area and also stunning sunset views. Location

This resort is located on a quiet laem, that’s a head land in English. Haad Gruad lies between Haad Yao beach, to the south and Haad Salad beach, to the north. The resort is found not far from the main coast road.

Access

Access to the resort is via a dirt road from the main Haad Salad – Haad Yao concrete road but has its own internal concrete road inside. The dirt access road is mainly in good condition and so not difficult for even novice motorcycle riders to navigate.

Water

Water to the resort is via a local source and never runs dry. The resort also boasts a group of concrete water tanks on site for storage. The location of the water tanks means there will be water supply even in the event of a power failure.

Electricity

Electricity is to the site and so need not be installed. If improvement is required, due to extra demand on the supply, then numerous methods can be employed. 3 phase electricity is close by so a cheap option would be to add a 3 phase meter. If more power than a 3 phase supply is required then a step down voltage transformer can be added also.

Comments

The site has a large area and some of this is undeveloped and thus possible to expand. The quiet garden area of the resort is very natural and relaxing.
