Infrastructure/location

The land sits atop a cliff which is connected to the main public road from Tong Nai Pan to Than Sadet. The last 20 meters or so of the public road is still a dirt road and then there is a further dirt road stretch, all registered public access.

Electricity is close by and water can be obtained either by a mountain water collection system (common in Tong Nai Pan) or a deep well. We can assist with obtaining all.
