The Corner Cottages at Coconut Lane are superb new constructions created by a highly experienced Koh Phangan construction expert.
These super new 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom Koh Phangan pool houses for sale have been designed with a classic minimal sleek look and an optional quality teak wood furniture package. The furniture is chosen to enhance the house’s maximal look and functionality. Simple muted colours are offset by the warmth of teak wood furniture. Think Japandi/minimal/MidCen, you get the idea.

These lovely Cottages at Coconut Lane are not only built to look good but these Koh Phangan pool villas are also built to use. We created a fully opening front of the house so that the in/out feeling can be created but the doors and windows can also be closed against the heat, rain, and the bugs if it gets too much. Just close the doors and flick on the AC when (it will be) needed.
The house is designed to be used, not just to look pretty. Thought has been given to a tropical living lifestyle with inside and exterior ample spaces. Maintenance has been designed to be easy and cheap. Safety has been thought about by incorporating non-slip surfaces in the appropriate areas. Boring you might say, but for long-term enjoyment these things are important.

As you can see above the kitchen/lounge/diner is open plan thus connected and sociable. The kitchen counter also connects to the terrace directly via opening windows.

The builder of these cottages at Coconut Lane could have made more on the same land but decided to offer you, dear customer, a decent-sized plot of land with their great houses. Great huh?
