Land information

The land itself is a great size and shape, approximately 25m x 20m wide and rectangular. This is perfect for using the whole plot efficiently. No pointy, thin corners!  If you compare our land plots to others in a similar price range (you can’t compare our builds!) there simply is no competition.

The access roads to the plots are concrete and 5m wide in general, wider at bends and slimmer (3.5m) for single villa access, where applicable. We will supply high voltage electricity to the site and install our very own step down transformer for the best quality electricity. Actually, by using the back roads you can get yourself all the way to Ban Tai, Tong Sala, or halfway to Chaloklam if you require.
