This well sized plot of land – 7,124 m2 – is very flat and so easy to build upon. Interior plot roads, if needed, will be easy to make and also the actual construction of buildings on the land will also be easy – meaning cheaper too.
The plot is almost rectangular and so is well shaped to develop fully and not lose any stray areas, e.g. the narrow tip of a triangular plot. The plot measures approximately – 42 meters at road frontage, 120 meters in length and 80 meters across the rear of the plot. The good sized road frontage is a bonus for a business presence or just to see rental houses from the road.
This plot benefits from a good electricity supply, both low and high voltage. Low voltage supply means that you can easily add just a meter and connect to the normal 240 Volt house supply.
